This week we'll be keeping it simple & having pizza & salad. The plan is to meet at the Vorhees' anytime after 5:30 (Pizzicato will be delivered at 5:45) and then head out to Seven West at about 6:40 if you're an adult. We'll leave a few adults behind with the kids to play some games and have a fun night. Please bring a few bucks for pizza for your family ($5-7/adult, $3-4/kid) as well.
Here's a list of all the Seven PDX gatherings for the West side. I'd really encourage you to try and go a few nights or even to all of them if possible! Seven is a week of prayer and fasting for our city beginning tomorrow 9/29 through Saturday 10/5. You can read more about it and watch a video here: http://sevenpdx.org/ There are also readings & teachings on the website which would be a great supplement to the prayer and fasting you're doing.

On the final day of Seven, all participating churches will gather together at the bowl at Waterfront park at 10am for our final session.
We won't be able to make it for dinner! With soccer etc. it will just be a little too tight. I'm hoping to join the group at Beaverton Four Square but we'll keep the girls at home.

ReplyDeleteChange of plans, soccer is cancelled so Bomar's will be there at 5:30. 2 adults, 3 kids. Chuck and I are fine with pepperoni and girls will eat cheese. Remember, not the biggest eaters so probably just 3-4 slices of cheese for our girls is all we'll need. And Chuck and I would love to go for the 1st hour and will be back by 8:15 to get our girls and put them down w/school the next day...
